Paradox Poem by Alexander Foald

Paradox

Rating: 4.5

As the sky’s clear
I can see the sun above
Shines on people’s laughs below
Being grateful for their happy day

The children running around the park
Chasing after the dreams they live on
Man and woman kissing out of love
Thinking that this could last forever

Such over thinking,
Naïve-born feeling
How could we live on if only to die soon?

I wonder if there’s a hole behind this picture
Bring me to the place I’ve been searching for
Seeking for an answer of question I used to live with
One day of happiness is worth for what you believe in

As the sky’s clear
I can see the light of the end
It’s not that we can’t pass through
But rather, we only had no clue
