Paradox Poem by Amy Serhienko

Paradox

You are my touchstone,
my Achilles’ heel,
my dreams and my desires,
my foil.

I am your undoing,
your beacon,
your tragic flaw,
your spark.

We are manna,
the divine food of sustenance.

We are music,
the universal language of love.

We are magick,
the holy forces of the cosmos.

We are always and never,
no beginning and no end.

We are blessed and cursed,
indivisible and entwined.
