Why dose love always pass me by
A glimmer a flicker but never anyone saying i love you
Would you please be mine
For i have waited so long I have been patient in line
I need someone to love and someone to hold
Before i am to old
For i am lonely loneliness is me
Where is my someone my someone please
I try and i try for someone to love
The more i try the more i have none
For i have tried everything where do i go
Is there something i am missing something i should know
This has been my life since we parted
Writing words of the the brokenhearted
I will never give in or give up the fight
Even if i dont find someone to love me tonight
For i will keep searching i will scourer the earth
Until i find someone to love me and value my worth
