Passion For The Negress Poem by Alex Adeoye

Passion For The Negress

My nose has defined me
It has detected sweet parstramy
Just at sight, the interest close the long gap
Forget! I risk it all that is how it goes
Straightforward as the crow flies
But I should have waited to know
If its a real smell of what I think its
but her reception is a bait
a tittle in a game,
A film with a theme of deception.
Is it real? though I can't see further to her heart
I got to know later that what everybody want is peace
She loves peace, she wants peace, she loves love, she want love
If these are guarrantee she would wait,
She couldn't asked me, because its not a verbal issue
Seen is believing, crying is not fluke
I could boast of next opportunity
Of next plate of meal
I forgive her because I'm a human being
Faith does not popular in the streets
And that is where we live and react.
Guy, suddenly she closed her eyes
Do ask me if it were me what would I do
Oh boy, I find what to say
But we that God.
