pause between the breaths
feel the force vibrating life
let awareness flow
exuding your whole being
into spirit, transcending.

pause, note the wonder
a child's gaze into your eyes
a child's playful smile
reflections from innocence
to mankind's perplexities.

pause from daily chores
walk on untrodden pathways
listen to the woods
learn the wisdom of the trees
with nature, feel the oneness.

pause between your thoughts
fathom the deep empty space
float to nothingness
no pride, no ego, no self
bask in the glowing white light.
