Picking up the pieces
mending a broken heart
been there, done that
It tore me apart

It's happening all over again
The signs are all there
I have to start mending fences
and pick you up from everywhere

Thinking of happy endings
I feel a shiver
No more turbulant and wild
But calm and quiet rivers

Together we can do this
Trust, love and than we will find
If only we believe
Together, we will find our peace of mind
