Pictures Inside... Poem by Melisa Ann Karpinske

Pictures Inside...

Rating: 5.0

You are my Romeo, Juliet am I
Hearts joined together, souls intertwined
I long for warmer days...
And even hotter nights
Doubts and worries vanish
Laughter to replace fights
Our laughter dancing with lightning bugs
In the still summer breeze
Pictures say a thousand words
Love me...Click and freeze!
Pictures of your beautiful eyes
Snapshot your mischievous grin
Look at me, your face softens
(All my life where have you been?)
Becoming closer friends,
Wanting to be lovers
Only thing I know in life,
For me...there is no other.

When we are in love we know it. A good poem.
