That piece just never did fit
No matter how hard I tried

The puzzle maker had a fit
Broke down and sobbed and cried

I didn't know what I could do
The piece just wouldn't go in

It didn't fit it wouldn't do
It didn't fit again and again

I look back now with joy
When I found a way to fit

Like every girl and every boy
Perfect time and perfect fit

That perfect piece
That piece
