Pietain & Highwater (The Irrigation Twins) Poem by Mason Maestro

Pietain & Highwater (The Irrigation Twins)

Rating: 5.0

They were refugees off the Zambeze delta
Highwater is a native and foreign-aid hounder
Pietain is the descendent of the irrigation founder

Breaking across the marsh realities
Not without the wisdom and eccentricities
Through this land of ever dwindling communities

This is the fuel age!
Flip the special force organization page
Para-military infiltration stage

A recipe for drought as Rhodesia darkens
The plot continues to simmer until it thickens
Foreign oil outlaws seek control till it wins

Memoirs & repertoirs of a politic oil slick
Upon a conflict of pride this red tape won't stick
and up the twins sleeve cannot be found a single trick
