Pillow Fight - Lincoln Park Zoo Poem by Ima Ryma

Pillow Fight - Lincoln Park Zoo

Two sisters sharing time and space.
Their world filled up with fun and play,
That ev'ry child does like to chase.
Someday a grown up - not today.
Rolling and jumping on the bed,
Each trying to outdo each one.
Material does turn to shred,
As twisting and tossing be done.
Such yearns of youth do ever be.
Ever shared excitement to find,
And found and shared naturally.
Childhood of shared heart and shared mind.

Sleepover with a pillow fight,
Two gorilla girls - what a sight!
