Pizza Rat Poem by JOE POEWHIT

Pizza Rat

One for the city.
Rat without pity.
PIZZA slice for me.
Down steps free.
People walk around.
What is that frown?
I am hungry and free.
PIZZA slice no fee.
I am a RAT in life.
GOD, knows my strife.

for the N.Y. rat
