Please Do Not Frown Poem by Hebert Logerie

Please Do Not Frown

Marvelous woman
Please do not frown
Because you’re down
Smile like the sun
On an autumn afternoon
Show your beauteous cheeks
And move your kissable lips.

Mystic femme, charming woman
The world feels better when you smile
More birds are singing when you’re passing by
There are more rainbows in the blue sky
When you’re happy in the garden
Smile more, and don’t frown
Be strong and ignore the shabby clown
Do what you have to do
And don’t forget to change your hairdo.

Move your gorgeous cheeks
And show your kissable lips
You’ve climbed the tallest peaks
You should ignore the pesky creeps
Who do not know any better
Keep on going up the ladder
Don’t look back; keep on moving up
Until you reach the very top
The very last stop
And please do not frown
On your way back down
Please smile like the beautiful sun
On a crispy Sunday afternoon.
