Please, Just Love Me Poem by Crissica Hewling

Please, Just Love Me

People walk by me
They either stare at me
Or ignore me
They even make fun of me

People call me names and say mean things
Kids will say, 'Mommy look... they are fat! ' and other things
The parents will laugh or not say anything

I am not a hater or intimidator
I am not a discriminator or judgement maker
I am a lover not a fighter

Instead of judging me
Get to know me
Once you do, my rolls will disappear off me
My belly will not be able to be seen on me
My inner beauty will shine through and you won't be embarrassed to be around me
Please, just love me

Crissica, People are going to always look at other people, no matter what size you are, or how you look. But it’s not about people looking at you it’s how YOU look at YOURSELF. When you get some free time, it’s two of my poem I would like for you to read; “WHY I’M FAT” and “THE SAME”. Also if you like, you can read some of my blogs at everyauthor.com HAVE YOUR BEST DAY EVER! ! Phyllis Strong
