O moon! like a lovelorn lovely princess
You wake the whole night with unhappiness.
For a long time you have gazed at earth.
Aren't you tired in waiting for your sweetheart?

Or like a romantic girl full of youth
Clad in garments of shining silver cloth
You are travelling to find a partner
Who can make you so happy forever.

Or you are the queen in the sky of night.
You shine your kingdom with your charming light
And travel from dusk to dawn in the sky
To fill your beloved subjects with joy.

O the princess of night! make our mind bright
With your romantic and magical light.
