Poet's Helplessness

I am writing poems it is true
And it is also true
That my poems are incomplete
It is also true
I am not able to write well
But I am trying to write
Poems are being written
On their own ways by the poems
I am merely acting as a
Stenographer, my dear
To be very frank
I am not writing a single poem
On my own and it is the poems
Themselves are coming through me.

Poem of the Day

poet Paul Laurence Dunbar

The mist has left the greening plain,
The dew-drops shine like fairy rain,
The coquette rose awakes again
Her lovely self adorning.

The Wind is hiding in the trees,
