Poets and Writers

Words
born of ink and blood
dance through
the creative minds
of poets, and writers
drawing you in
to feast hungrily
on their prose

what we
think, see, and feel
comes alive
through unbridled emotions
the fears, sorrow, joys and tears
poor out of the pen
onto paper
like water over Niagara Falls

words and prose
cast out through enless time
sparking the heart and soul
of the reader
to see the world
throught a writer's eyes
inspiring others
to try this gifted craft

A poet's dream
A writer's dream
unburied memories and secrets
flowing effortlessly
from pen to paper
hoping that when they are gone
thier words will live on
throught the sands of time

EVEN such is Time, that takes in trust
