Poseidon's Call - Poem by Dustin Dressel

Poseidon beats drums on the shore
rhythm key
to the Reaper's door
tan shattered glass
on which I walk
the stench of salt
and chalk
in the orange I see my boat
it has arrived
to take me afloat.
