Post-colonial, post-colonial,
what is it in the word post-colonial,
You say it, who colonial and who post-colonial,
Have we broken the bridges and dams of the British time,
Even today we are not modern,
Many villagerly women are under the ghumta
Unable to utter the name of their husbands
And call we ourselves post-colonial
As per the Western theories?
