Postal Greed Poem by Yor Nella

Postal Greed

There on ebay for the world to see
is what my greed has done to me.
How such avarice a life can mar
is reflected in my half a star.

I'm sorry for the action I forced you take
when I made my great postal mistake.
To err is human and to forgive is divine
I deeply regret this mistake of mine.

So like Zacchaeus of old I return to you
the postage money that you are due.
I've learned a lesson from the Ukraine
and from such practices will now abstain.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Written when I grossly overcharged on ebay and was justifiably reduced to 1/2 a star by a person in the Ukrane.
