Dear Jesus,

Our hearts have almost the same pleas -

For Your protection of those we love

Bless our families, friends and communities

Our work and school -

Also, bless especially those who are hungry, naked,
in prison, the sick, the poor and the oppressed -

Keep us close to you everyday.

And help us understand that we become pure
by starting to be generous - in ways that will benefit all.

Let us sing each morning about your power and mercy, dear God.

St. Luke, pray for us.
