Predictions Poem by Talei Dawson

Predictions

Rapturous voids and meek realities.
Dangerous realisation, perpetual abandonments.
Replenishing sins. Epitomising salvation.
Eradicating their control.
Euphoric quarrels. Desirable vengence.
Hostile love. Disappointing kindness.

Losing boisterous landscapes to barbarous hells.
Mother goddess devoid of breath, her sky deteriorates to grey.
Thunderous roars from once whispering winds.
Their cries heard across the moorland. Vulgar bellows.
Crimson thick skies replace transient blue.
Sumptuous light, like youth, is fleeting.

Forgiving devils and forsaking angels.
The wrath and joy of Vulcan go hand in hand with Eris.
Derangement bleeds out of her every pore.
Radiant chaos, her affections are changing tides.
Making pleasures into torments.

The unpredictable stars speak of our demise,
Saint's resentment and Demon's bliss,
The world embraced in fire, Goddess weeping.
Vulcan the culprit, Eris applauding.
Prophets document their end, our end.
It is written, so it shall come to pass.
