A dime for a change
A mime deranged

A single beat missed
The life machine bleeps

A penny for a well
The wish I can’t tell

A speck-o-dirt so quaint
On a wall with new paint

Somehow babies are born
Somewhere, someone mourns

Some say Love never
Some say I will, Forever…

Then there’s a happy cry
Confused, you might ask why

But how does one Lie,
When tears show and can’t deny

It’s easy to say ‘Sorry’,
Speak the words ‘Don’t worry’

Hug someone you most covet
Cuz one day you might regret

For every chance you get,
Just seize…do not forget.
