PROMISES
The promise that one keep
must never make other weep
The promise that one speak
must never sound like greek
The promise that one bring
must never a doubt spring
The promise we all take
Past, present, future make.
And that is how we earn
as much as in the trust
and more so the respect
of those who love you
and of those who you
truly love.
