Protecting The Wild. Poem by Fay Slimm

Protecting The Wild.

Rating: 5.0

When we learn not to tamper.
Respect all things wild,
Then land and inhabitant
Will not stay maligned
As at present. When reason
Sends signals to cease
Interference, a season
Of prosperous peace
Can begin. Wilderness sings
When allowed. Protect
Then inheritance, it brings
It's own prize, rejects
Only crass carelessness
And rebels by its death.
Must we want blood on our hands?

Filled with much wisodom, and of so much truth....Some things in life we can not question, .. however we can try to think first, before acting........ The whole earth depends on us...........!
