Psalm 3 Poem by Cory Huennekens

Psalm 3

Let me sing you a song of creation, a time before time
The gears of celestial heaven
Can you sing the celestial scales?
Can you bind the great Paladies or loose Orion's belt?
Can you fathom how they were set in place
Or set in their motions?
Let me sing you a song of two roots
One is poison and is the face of man
Neon nymphs and digital demi gods
Neon Narcissus looking into his pool
Neo Narcissus looking into your digital pool
Awake! Awake! Erwache!
Asleep in your graves, awake!
The prophets have called, awake!
The spirit is speaking, awake!
