I truly love Neruda's poems....this is probably the most famous and known of all his production....maybe it's not of his best, but it's part of the second book he published, at age 20......wow! and if I think of the year,1924, it was really something different at that time in Chile.
Besides all this, I always have thought that it would be amazing to have someone write such deeply felt words of love for you.... |
