Purple Rainbow Poem by Inco G. Nito

Purple Rainbow

Slowly, slowly, fading away
The darkest night, the longest day
Oh, where is the vision I used to see?
Where are the places I used to be?

Snow crystals, sunshine, tangerine dreams
Unanswered questions and riddles it seems
Oh, where is the colour that entangled my head?
Is it lost in the mist, where my rainbow is dead?

I ponder and think, but my ego won´t grow
Because where is the girl I used to know?
How many times will you ask me to stay?
and then turn around and just walk away!

...and where is my sky with the purple rainbow...?
