- Purple Thistle Poem by Georgios Venetopoulos

- Purple Thistle

The paths ascend on slate and flint,
conceptualize her dancing hall,
embrace the solitude of Fall,
a cloudy slope, a stone imprint.

The running creek shall take downstream
reflections of her stare in rain,
fore'er her dancing shall remain
a purple thistle's silent theme.
