Qi
Breath

Obsessing in the mind
It will get a hold on you

The Obsessing

Like hooking on to a passing train
Being dragged in a direction

That you can't control

You just got to let it roll
Away from you

Its a grip on you
On your life

That effects every part of you
Until you let it go

Take a deep breath

And then
Let it go

It feels good
To let it out

Breathe
