Did you hug someone,
Or show affection today?
Did you help another,
Along the journey way?

Did you smile at a friend,
to let them know you're there?
Did you say anything kind,
Letting them know you care?

Did you listen very carefully,
To someone else this day?
Or did you say something mean,
and cause their mind to go astray?

Did you follow by example,
The way you know is right?
Or were you so self involved,
You put the needs of others out of sight?
