Rain Poem by Almas Assylbekov

Rain

Rain... It's raining again;
tears of soul,
a song in my heart.
Day passes by day...
I've been staying alone
so long. It's so hard.
Rain is filling my brain
up with sad thoughts.
No hope and no light.
Way, take me away
from thinking a lot
in the rainiest night.
Rain is crying in vain;
nobody will hear
your melody.
Hey, don't stop to play,
I'm still here
and going to be.

Rain. There's no one to blame,
there's nothing to shame,
just wet strings on a wind.
Rain. it's an unending game,
where rules are the same,
but no aim to win.
