Rare Shine Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Rare Shine

Rating: 5.0

I visibly saw in your eye a rare shine
I considered it dangerous and not fine
Was I under the spell of pure wine?
Why she preferred to go out of line?

Its impact was unexpected and sudden
It had forecast of bad sign and omen
What was in offing and expected of her?
Why storm was not passing away to wither?

I felt beats are uneven and going very high
Was there any reason for her to lie?
Was there no sun shine when she promised?
Her silent move took me back and surprised

You needn’t kill a person with weapon
You muster shock waves and carry on
Wound may bleed without being noticed
Not a slight resistance may be received

Heart beats count on with His blessings
It can be filled with love or stressing
How long it can bear unbearable load?
Death may be waiting at the end of the road

Don’t kill anybody by injecting love
Just press his neck with simple glove
The end will be happy and peaceful
There may prevail eternal peace and lull

You could make peaceful exit
Final bid adieu and that’s it
Nobody would have shed single tear
I might have preferred pain to bear

Promises and pledges are meant to be broken
It should God’s gift and considered as token
What do we learn from backing out?
Beginning of success or imminent rout

I shall always cherish and dream
Light you brought from sun beam
We might have lost simple journey
There still may be left little honey

Love may lead the life and not blind
There is essence of purity and its kind
One has to find and search lovely refuge
It may have divine energy to infuse

Odd out there I like it! Maybe we will all find peace in our death, if were lucky.

Good work! ! A promise was created to be broken, As was the heart; Commitment is the key to the heart That will unlock the door eternal love. Rather than break the lock With actions, empty as the words spoken, And tresspass beyond the gates, To find no love beyond the door.
