If i don't believe in my culture like my ancestors, i will die as i am a poet. /
Hence, i rather be an ' Inyanga ' like them, when they came to kill me with ' Umuthi '. /
The fact is i was born to be a poet, hence i maintain my respect & dignity. /
The first thing i think about when i strategize, in the morning is an idea. /
So, i compose with an aim to make a difference in my community. /
Hence, i believe i won't give up without a fight... /
The fact is i cannot start something, which i cannot finish... /
Hence, i used to compose on a daily basis like other poets across the globe. /
The fact is i am willing to make a difference to the young up & coming poets across the globe like Mzwakhe Mbuli for this matter. /
Hence, i was inspired by his poems in order for me to succeed like him. /
The fact is i rebel with a cause like Kabelo Mabalane... /
Hence, i believe in everything i see on a daily basis like other poets across the globe. /
The fact is what doesn't kill me, will only make me stronger... /
Hence, i was born to be a poet... /
