Move closer love, and read my lips
Trace them with your fingertips
Endless feelings bring to bear
Those timeless words that linger there

Long denied, the heart has grieved
Seek the proof of what's believed
Let it bathe me in its light
Wake me from this long, dark night

For all the things I can't express
Are now released with your caress
Make me tell you what I feel
Closer, now; I will reveal

Your breath I feel upon my cheek
The answer's near, but you must seek
Time stands still; all else eclipsed
