your cool touch sets my skin afire
the heat melting my conscience
filling empty with desire
rendering my mind impervious to consequence.

reality focuses on the two of us
surrounding, swirling, overwhelming my senses
passion bending, leading the way past lust
another caress escalates rather than quenches

plain behind the window of my eyes
is the reflection of your emotion
as your lips meet mine
tender yet firm, sealing our devotion

our breaths blend our heartbeats into one
as you do, I do, as I feel, you feel
now that its started, it cannot be undone
never has anything felt so real
