Real In My Heart Poem by Maren Louise

Real In My Heart

Just dreams and fantasies
All tied up in heart strings,
Silken golden strings
Laced round and round,
Intertwining me and you,
I had my designs,
Drawn over your flesh,
Intricate, swirling, dazzling,
Kaleidoscopes of brilliant color
Rhythmic pulses ripped through my flesh
Flames of feverish desire
Never fulfilled
Yet, so real in my heart
