Reality-War
I googled war
saw bodies on the street.
behind the corner,
there was his mum in a chador mourning
couldn't reach out to her son.
I saw youtube
saw bodies on the street.
half a world away,
there was his girlfriend in Gap crying
couldn't see his last.
In Japan,
there's me just sitting and watching.
thinking what if my friend goes to war
and I went blank.
