Reaper Of Decay Poem by Tinus Erasmus

Reaper Of Decay

Darkness seeps in,
Light fades away,
Emotion tensefy,
Shadows lurk in darknes,
Joy ends with sadnes,
Watching in horror,
As the reaper enters with death,
Grabbing life with claws so foul,
Taking away his breath,
Draging out his soul,
Leaving behind a body,
Waiting to decay,
It was done on a gentle way,
But what i couldn't say,
Is good bye,
My dear friend.
