Receive My Wish With Open Arms Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Receive My Wish With Open Arms

R-eceive my wish with open arms,
O-ctober tenth early morn;
D-awn has already broken
A-t the day when you were born.
L-ong night has just turned
I-nto warm morning light;
E-ventide has passed by, beacon is burning bright.

C-old chill makes you think
O-f the rising sun above;
M-ist and haze disappear
B-ecause of the Father's love.
A-mount of mirth is big,
L-arge size of fun you feel;
I-n your heart you savor
C-omplete joy and thrill.
E-cstasy is truly brought to the one huge occasion;
R-apture is also carried to your birth celebration.

P-ure delight and pleasure
A-re caused by the event;
M-uch happiness it brings
O-nly to the shining moment.
R-egard of mine is gladly given,
C-heers to your feminine charms;
A-llow my greeting to come on time, receive my wish with open arms.
