I love my red dirt pond
It’s a sanctuary just for me
Flowers, trees and water
The most peaceful things to see

All things that I treasure
To create a perfect place
To be alone, to just relax
Where worries can be erased

Beauty like I wouldn’t find
Anywhere else that I know
I go here often, you see
Because I enjoy it so

The gentleness is magical
As I walk around the pond
Fresh and sweet and great
The water and beyond

I hope you can find a place
That means as much to you
To help you along the way
Whatever dreams that you pursue!
