Red Sea
The sea is reddening
with tears and blood
years of bondage
once made this sea part into two
Now apocalypse!
your blood turns it
again into deep red.
This evening I am sure
I shall witness women
crooning over their men
either for not coming into
or not coming at all
Its their tiny world!
oh! the mockery of words!
yet still the sea is reddening
with thy blood
spilled in silence!
