Reflection On Painting A Church Poem by Bill Grace

Reflection On Painting A Church

Rating: 5.0

The day has come and stolen by
Cat sleeps peacefully by my side
Riveted to couch by bright light
I will soon join bride in bed.

Paint brush to church a common sight
Bespeaks the failure that is our plight
The able bodied who are not here.

Can prayer save Mary a noble question?
Yes, Lord - I believe!
Help thou my unbelief.
