Reflections Poem by Sarah Child

Reflections

Rating: 5.0

I look into a mirror
And see four different faces looking back at me
All are mine-but none are me
One seeks solitude-longing for the darkness
Two wants to travel the realms-and feel the adrenaline
Three seeks revenge-only knowing hatred
Four is an outcast-cold and alone-wanting nothing more but to be held
Each has its own heart-its own mind
Revealing themselves one at a time
One-two-three-four
You never know which one you’ll get
