Regret Poem by Sandria Boroff

Regret

If I die,
I well regret
That I didn't obey my parents,
That I lied, I stole
And knowing it is wrong.
Especially, that I disobeyed the Ten Commandments,
And that I ‘am a Christian
Who knows that God is in my heart.

But all of this,
It's too late for me!
To be dead
And never again behold my ability.

Disobedience, Telling lies, stealing, .....Once you regret, Lord Jesus forgives you. The petty things you have mentioned are nothing when compared to murder, rape, smugling, cheating, being corrupt etc committed by people who recite the verses/slogas of other religions.
