Release Poem by Casey Tucker

Release

You twist and twine deep within
Infecting my brain like a disease
poison flowing through my blood
Your name alone gives a deathly chill

A parasite so hell bent on destruction
You planted the seeds to watch them grow
Manipulating, manifesting with control
Every inch you try to take over

the mind is stronger than you anticipated
Just a simple case of meditation
Washing your Presence from body and soul
Releasing each breathe and letting go

You out stayed your welcome
Created too much drama and sorrow
Life is for living and being happy
This you can not measure
