Remembering Danasty Poem by Justin Gildow

Remembering Danasty

Rating: 4.0

Danasty's last stand was so very long ago
In which he saved his love
With his wits
With his knife
Gone through hell to fight the enemy
Love never dies
Love never quits
Whether you plant it in the ground
Or that it rains down from the sky
What a way of life

I remember you Danasty
I remember you telling me your adventures
Aboard that mysterious ship
You, sitting in that crow's nest
Watching the skies
Watching the creatures of the night fly by
Climbing walls
Climbing ceilings
Climbing everything
You've done it all in your time
