Repentance Poem by Jaipal Singh

Repentance

Rating: 4.0

Finding him alone
In his solitude
Someone quietly sneaks in
To tease with a rueful smile
Wave and disappear
Reminding old days.

Then he surmises
Why didn't he say
What was needed to be said
Why didn't he do
What was needed to be done
To seal their bond, and
Avoid pain and miseries lifelong.
