Repetition Renders Reverence! Poem by V.Muthu Manickam

Repetition Renders Reverence!

You may not have heard Obama
Though you may be familiar with Panama

World may not know dolly
Unless the cloned shepherd came truly

Taj Mahal is an Urdu name
That has become world fame

Nokia is a town in Finland
Became familiar in everyone’s hand

Napoleon is a word in Greek
Whose reputation everyone seek

Mao tsetung is a celebrated Chinese leader
Become easy to remember, as remained as ladder

Name in different languages poses problem in utterance
It is only repetition that renders reverence!
