Resentful Summer Poem by Luna Moon

Resentful Summer

The sun was bright,
And the heat was unrelenting.
I felt the sweat drip form my ead,
And it was Summer I was resenting.
I missed the chilly breezes,
That passed through my hair in the fall.
I missed the freshly harvested crop,
And Autumn colors most of all.
I missed all the smiles I shared at school,
And good times with all my friends.
I'm telling you people, I miss the fall.
Seems this summer will never end.
