[Resignation] A Walk Away

He was the woman, and she was the man,
Pathetic not his words though his actions
To hold her lover in her arms,
A myraid of problems conspired against him,
Forgive me not im not a gentleman,
Trenched under the pit of loneliness,
A full house, though an empty home,
To remember his desk, not his bed,
To forget his bedroom, not his office
Without a trace, she did walk away

I am the only being whose doom
No tongue would ask no eye would mourn
I never caused a thought of gloom
A smile of joy since I was born

In secret pleasure - secret tears
